Entry
level position within the Quality Dept of a Des Moines manufacturer of vending
machines. A basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical and refrigeration
systems, along with the ability to read prints, use measuring equipment and
perform calculations such as tolerance build up is required. Excellent
problem solving skills and ability to resolve issues with production line
employees/ supervisors. Liaison between engineering, manufacturing and
purchasing departments to resolve supplier issues is also required. Position
requires a minimum of an Assoc. Degree in a technical field and the ability
to communicate at all levels of an organization. Understands manufacturing
MRP systems such as BPCS. Experience in a manufacturing environment is a
plus. This position provides considerable upside potential for the right
person.
